What is included in your service?

We are a full service holiday lighting company. We take care of designing, install, take down, and storage. As well, we provide a full warranty on all lights. If a bulb goes out please contact us and we will be out within 24 hours to replace it.

Do you need to be home/present for the installation?

Accepted Answer

No, you are more then welcome to be home for the instalation if you would like though. As long as we are only doing lighting on the exterior of the home we will not need you there.

When will lights be taken down?

We will take down the lights the first and second week of January.

Question 4

Can I leave my lights up all year round?

Accepted Answer

At this time we do not offer long term options for the lights. This is something we are planning on offering in the future so stay tuned for that.

Who do I contact if something isn't quite right with my lights?

Will you install lights that we already own and can you store them as well?

At this time that is not a service that we offer.

How far in advance do we need to contact you to get a bid and have the work done?

The sooner the better. We want you to enjoy your light display for as long as possible.

Is Silver Lanes Lighting insured?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we are fully insured to perform work on your home or business.
